Phadya and Robert Cheron A bit more about the owners of Jolie-Beach Apartments

After returning a few times on vacation, we decided it was time to call this friendly Island Home. We've been living in Saint-Martin for the past 10 years now, and have continued to love it ever since. We have 3 beautiful children, and the picture shown is off the coast of Grand case, on this amazing inhabited small island about 10 minutes boat ride, called Tintamarre, A MUST SEE. We are food and beverage wholesalers on the Island. We sell to all supermarkets, some hotels and restaurants.

Having studied Hotel management, and being from a family of hotel owners, my wife decided to venture in what is and always has been her true passion. Together with her knowledge of the trade and our passion for travel and knowing what we expect, we decided do it, and do it right. Thus, Jolie beach apartments being exactly what we would expect for a perfect week or two on a tropical paradise. Great beach, Great Restaurants, Fun in the Sun, and the privacy of staying in, cooking a great meal and capturing the panoramic view of the beach, the ocean, and Anguilla.

Grand Case VillageIt is not so long ago that Grand Case was still a sleepy fishing village.

A beautiful developed beach, running parallel to Grand Case Boulevard the main street in Grand Case with the best shopping and the most restaurants on the island. Grand Case Beach is perfect for sunning or strolling. The northern edge fringes Creole Rock, the island’s premier snorkeling spot.

Easy access, a gentle slope and reasonably priced food at Lolos like The Sky is the Limit or Talk of the Town makes this beach perfect for families. Easy access, a gentle slope and reasonably priced food at Lolos like The Sky is the Limit or Talk of the Town makes this beach perfect for families.

Almost every Sunday afternoon during the season there is a local boat race organized on the beach, often with boats sailing over from Anguilla to participate and half the fun is watching the ‘shouting competition’, eating ribs in the sand and cheering for your favorite boat.

Restaurants

The island's most picturesque town is set in the heart of the French side on a beach at the foot of green hills and pastures. Though it has only a 1-mi-long (1½-km-long) main street, it's known as the "restaurant capital of the Caribbean." More than 27 restaurants serve French, Italian, Indonesian, and Vietnamese fare here.

The budget-minded love the half-dozen lolos kiosks at the far end of town that sell savory barbecue and seafood.
